Skate Canada Programs:
Every year millions of Canadians take to the ice, indoors and outdoors in search of fun and fitness. Skate Canada skating programs are designed to allow individuals to participate in skating for life. Our programs provide participants with basic skating skills, advanced figure skating techniques, test and competitive opportunities, awards and incentives and the chance to learn new skills in a fun and positive environment.
Every Skate Canada program complements the other and allows for unrestricted movement and development through the system. All programs are taught by professional coaches certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Skate Canada programs are based on the Participation Development module and the Athlete Development module.
