Off-ice training is as important as on ice training and participation is mandatory in all programs Junior Academy and up. Items to bring to off ice class: yoga mat and water. We encourage skaters to have a proper athletic jump rope as well.
Skaters MUST have proper athletic footwear for their session and be dressed in athletic clothing.
